How our retail orders work

At Shashka, we’ve streamlined our retail ordering process to make it easy and efficient for our clients.

Clients can begin by browsing our diverse product categories and adding their desired items to a non-binding Order Sheet.

After submitting the Order Sheet, our team will reach out within 24 hours to provide a customized quotation. Once the client has reviewed and confirmed the quotation, the order officially enters the production phase.

To initiate production, we require an upfront payment of 50% of the total order value. Once production is complete and the products are ready to ship, the client will be notified to arrange shipping to the retailer’s location. This process ensures a smooth and transparent experience, so clients know exactly what to expect at each step.
